This would correctly describe it, in my opinion.
If you have ever seen the Death Wish series, you will know what I am talking about. Charles Bronson essentially goes on rampages with highly illegal weaponry, often at the annoyance and distaste of the local law enforcement, who grudgingly accept his help against the overwhelming criminal population.

Tenacity, have you noticed that the ID has a description attached to it? If you name an ID something curious, and interesting the reader is more likely to read it and determine its meaning. I'm not implying trying to trick people into reading the ID, but wouldn't you be that much more curious?
Beyond that its meanings and description seem to fit quite well. Let me see what it has going for it, it sounds cool, it catches interest, and lastly it describes the nature of the ID quite well in my opinion.
