tbh, I've searched that thread to post some pony star citizen organisation banner, just to realize that it's locked for unknown reasons
didn't care enough though *shrugs*

pretty sure ive done enough rp on this server that is more gooey than that show could ever be.

from a technical standpoint the show is fine, its well animated and the voice cast is good. However like starwars being exposed to its rampant drooling fanbase wanting to 'spread the word' to every possible place they can. like dandelion seeds in the wind.

cant go anywhere without seeing or hearing about it, THAT is annoying, so made a little snoopy buddah statue and prayed to it for shutting down that thread.

Note how there was One (1) thread that had been dedicated to it since 2011.

Note how discussion and the posting of images was locked to that thread.

Note how the thead is now gone because someone decided off the top of their head that they didn't like it. times past someone not liking the content of a thread, THAT IS CLEARLY MARKED FOR WHAT IT IS, meant that they wouldn't go into it, It's not like I'm trying to trick people into looking at ponies, it's right there in the thread name

Let me put it like this:

I'm not flaunting my flagrant Starfox/Furry-fandom here; there are separate forums and chats for that

I mean unless you all want me to constantly make threads babbling on about the exact theorized mechanics of the Arwing's G-Diffuser or what specific species of bird Falco is--or the rabid Krystal fanboy-ism that so many people in that community seem to have been infected with

In short; there are places for everything. I'd personally rather not see a Pony-anything here on Disco, but if you all are having such difficulties finding another medium in which to fan-gasm about a show meant for little girls, fine: Keep the post.

Been more then just one thread, I still see ponies everywhere. How insecure one must feel when their favourite fictional TV picture is being threatened. I think most of us care little about the ponies and get more of a kick out of the almost religious like protective zeal of it's fanbois. I like taking shots at Han Solo's character too, lol the fanbois who rise to that challenge is excellent as well. Nothing beats a crusade born from and revolves around imagination.

I remember this used to happen here in Disco to those who cherished furries. Some called these attacks to the imagination rascist. I think the furry stuff was practice before the bronies came along and thus why these little ponies are on the receiving end of a routine from before.
