We would agree to export our civilian line of firearms, and civilian extreme-lethal weapons toll-free to both your young nations, with a total anual value of 5,000,000,000 Astars with the following offers:
- The Republic of Culebra Island: The licenses to open up to 30 casinos in a scalated way (up to 8 per year), in our major cities, with the condition that no more than one casino can be opened in a district. - The Holy Empire of Tenabras: The licenses to open up to 200 retail stores in a scalated way (up to 30 per year) without import tolls, and with an income tax of 4%. Banks will only charge licensed stores with 0,5% international transfer rates.
A minimun of 80% of your workers will have to be natives, with the exception of directives charged with the management of one casino, or more than 5 stores. All foreign employees will attend compulsory education courses to learn our laws and situation.

However the tax thing not so much. Not yet at least. My nation has the smallest goverment income tax out of all of the nations so we must hold out.
