Yeah, this program rocks!! How have I not heard of this site before?!
The trick is to cut away TINY parts near the edges or where the colors change. - But still it needs manual editing for tricky ones.

get a new ISP then you dolt. It's likely a result of either your ISP or your firewall blocking images from the net.
