I have a question. Why are you using Bretonian military ships?
Now, I'm not entirely against it, but it's very rare for a trader faction to allow military ships. And considering that Bretonia's in the middle of a war, I'd think they'd try keeping their ships in military hands.
I'm just curious about your reasoning behind allowing them, really.

Unlike most trader factions, we're not actually a private corporation. We are actually a part of the Bretonian military/industrial complex, so that affords us some benefits that private corporations don't get, such as access to military hardware. We also have some responsibilities that others don't have, such as taxes to the BAF and going to the aid of the Armed Forces whenever it's requested. For more details on that, you can refer to the Royal Charter that's linked in my first post.

As for training, the Charter explains about how the BAF and BPA have to provide us with a training program (as in sim-pods) to make sure we know what we're doing. This is purely for a RP standpoint, seeing as the last thing a house military wants is inexperienced civilians in military grade hardware running amok.
The Templars/Hussars would be end of service type ships that the military has little else use for. There's also the fact that the BAF can take the ships back at any point they so desire.
These military ships are only audible to members over a certain rank too, to the standard escort pilot you see will be using civilian ships.

IF they all traded for a few runs, they could buy a new Dunkirk. And that's RIDICULOUS.
