No only editing ini files is considered cheating. If you want to change effects then you need to edit txm or ale filed which is ok but not easy.

i mean i could literally retexture everything in mspaint, but how would that make me a cheater? it isn't giving me an advantage in any way. the only way you'll get banned is editing an .ini file - due to the recent cheaters.

I meant auto cheater detector. I've no clue how this thing works, it considers people with high ping cheaters sometimes. Anyway, I wasn't going to do that anyway, it's silly. Plus invisible to others, so also pointless.

All my yes. Just simply replace thruster animation with normal engine animation - would fit imho. Since we all don't use any other but Enchanced Thruster, why not to make those just different coloured same-stat thrusters?

no AFC uses cheetah thruster.
Cuz its the best (plus also a money sink)
