You're friendly status has been accepted by Rheinland. The RM welcomes your presence. Pirates seem to be amassing in Rheinland. Same with smugglers.
SiN|Tech ships are allowed to scan traders to search for contraband. That is Artifacts, Drugs, and Nomads (unless, of course, they are licensed). You may keep the fines that are required. Destruction of contraband goods is necessary.

Okay, it seems more updated, however, one thing. I can't say for other factions, but I was the second in command for the league of shadows, but once the dealer left prematurely, the clan did not get a chance to start up. The Dealer and I disbanded it approximately one month ago.
