You forgot Adeptus Sororitas, or Sisters of Battle.
IG is imperial guard, or not modified human army.
Dawn of War serial till today has all armies except for Tyranids. So, in seconf version, eg, DoW2, tyranid wil be added, and all other races will come in form of expansions.
Warhammer 40k setting is rather interesting and involving one. I can say that as long time tabletop Warhammer player.

Deamon hunters. They are also part of imperial armies, they are not self standing.
Legion of the damned is full deamon army... its part of chaos.

Yah. But, actually, Ordo Malleus is its own structure in imperium, and Grey Knights are its part, as smaller structure. There are IG and Sister orders in Malleus as well.
