And I am ready to sponsor out hegemons for people that do not have access to them.
Hgemons are chosen becsaue they are big and hard to dock in the lanes. they are inRP re-purposed rather than being sent to the scrap heap.

InRP people wouldnt buy really expensive mining machinery and use that to race around a solar system I guess. Do you have some explanations for this?
