We shall have our system in a few days althow it is not yet ditermined which system we will have, but that does not mater for we are strong. Even if our system is Shukoku we will still be victorius agenst our enamys the Navy and the Police. I am hopeing thow that i can recive permistion to take Chucogu itself as our home. As for deployment, our Eikou Kaigun, the Yakuza 2nd Fleet, will be stationed in our home system, whatever it may be and is responsible for Homeland Defense (Haskeer, if you do not like this for your fleet, please drop me a transponder message). The Shouri Kaigun, the Yakuza 1st Fleet, will be deployed in an advance position in the adjacent systems and will carry out systematic raids on our enemies.
Of course, all units are welcome to conduct raids against our enemies at any time and are NOT confined to their area of deployment. Also, both fleets may be called to arms to wage war and lay waste to possibly distant, enemy systems. Report to your stationed system when called to duty.
Also, I am announcing the creation of a special strike team (can be hired for escort work as with all units as well as assassination) within the 1st fleet. It will be an elite gunboat battle group (3rd Battle Group, 1st fleet) with each member playing a different role (the unit works best as a team). All members of the Shi Kotaka (Death Falcons) will have a rank of Lieutenant (Bronze Dragon) and unlike in other units, they will report directly to the Admiral.
Also, I have secured the services of an independent trader freight named the [IND]Victoria, which is sympathetic to our valiant cause. Its services may prove financially beneficial.
