I did actually see you..... at least I think it was you, last time I was in game.
You were somehow actually inside that shipyard near the police station, the one that you pass on the way to planet Pittsburg.
Now I don't know if it was you -or- if someone had managed to rename a specific part of the shipyard to show your name, but I *did* say hi, or rather "Hi Zig".
I go no answer so figured it was someone mucking around with naming station parts.
