RE: Engagement Notice: The Kappa Mission (14.02.2016) 20:00 - Lennox - 02-14-2016 event starting in 30 minutes folks! RE: Engagement Notice: The Kappa Mission (14.02.2016) 20:00 - Connor - 02-14-2016 [14.02.2016 19:59:22] PRIME|: //Hiya 8 ) Hey, if Core decides to f*ck us over with battleships again in this fight, would the nergal mind helping? 8 ) [14.02.2016 20:00:09] PRIME|: //Well, just saying, if they decide to make it incredibly unfair, would Alley and you "create" fairness? ![]() Not putting the full name in this thread but the full name has been sent to a rep of Prime on his request. The Nomads were asked to help defend the AI against the hordes of supposed Core Caps that were coming to get them, yet when we get to the fight we see 3/4 AI cruisers engaging snubs after you guys asked us to keep it fair. We had no choice but to engage you guys like we did because that was disappointing. I mean, come on guys. If you're going to ask for someone else to play fair then play fair yourselves. I can't find anything about this in the event page but several cruisers of yours re-engaged including PRIME Cruisers. This was most disappointing to be honest (Of course correct me if I'm wrong and I've miss read the bit where you can reengage). I'm not angry guys, I'm just very disappointed. So apparently you had 5 lives, couldn't find that but my bad. Yeah there's nothing in this thread about it. Please make sure it's MUCH more clearer next time. ~K'Hara|Nergal RE: Engagement Notice: The Kappa Mission (14.02.2016) 20:00 - Alley - 02-14-2016 This event was really bad. Please don't send 4 cruisers after a bunch snubs. RE: Engagement Notice: The Kappa Mission (14.02.2016) 20:00 - Lythrilux - 02-14-2016 Just saying that only like two people from Core| wanted to turn up (I wasn't there myself so I don't know what the final numbers may have been) and everyone else wasn't interested. So there was no malicious intent. We know what it's like to have people ruin an event for you, so we don't endorse it ourselves
RE: Engagement Notice: The Kappa Mission (14.02.2016) 20:00 - Kauket - 02-14-2016 A great example of paranoia induced fear within the Community. RE: Engagement Notice: The Kappa Mission (14.02.2016) 20:00 - SnakeLancerHaven - 02-14-2016 Well I arrived realy late like 1 hour late on the event and saw those 4 marduks, so I didn't know what happened prior to that. But I suppose I'm taking it upon myself and apologize for those who have felt it ruined for them. The Prime leader himself appeared realy late aswell so me and him don't realy know what exactly happened prior the appearance of everyone else. The event was done by a member joined on Jan 2016 so I'm not realy gonna judge about the quality of this Event either ^^ But that's alright, people learn from such events and about PRIME I'll see personally to solve the issue. About the re-engagement of Delta-35 I was not notified, but I got a quick msg from him "we have 5 lives" which was very meh and lol towards me, now I see this thread doesnt even have this said so I suppose that indie AI guy told him that IN-GAME without telling it to anyone else, which is pretty.... Lousy. So once again, taking the responsibility of this but I also want to add it's an event posted by an indie AI that probably doesnt' know a single thing about the AI Lore and this event was done without contacting us before as in advises or how we could do this. So hopefully a future event prepared by PRIME will hopefully have more quality, I can't promise but I can say I'll try. But what I don't want here now is that everyone parts with a "Meh AI's/Core/Nomads are dumb idiots look at what they did" etc. etc. No faction should part agressive over each other because of this Event now. RE: Engagement Notice: The Kappa Mission (14.02.2016) 20:00 - Connor - 02-14-2016 As long as things are learnt from this I really don't mind. Just make sure you don't contradict yourselves and make sure everything is clear and that all parties know what is happening. RE: Engagement Notice: The Kappa Mission (14.02.2016) 20:00 - Kauket - 02-14-2016 Communication is vital for a smooth interaction and to ensure that everyone has the chance to have fun. Contacting leaders do help, or organising over skype then putting out the clear points. |
