ADMIN NOTICE: New Administrator - Korrd - 08-15-2006 You need to get the pass of the admin account in order to give admin rights to your user. Well, not admin rights in the old fashioned way, but admin rights adding your user not to the admin group, but to every directive that is useful for you... that way its harder to detect because most people only check for the group the user is in to determine if it has admin rights or not. So you first need to install a good old keylogger to get the admin pass of the account. But as you can't install a thing on the computer, you need to replace an exe file that is executed on system start with the keylogger exe file... or... Use a program like l0pthcrack to get the pass. but thats a bit more complicated as you need the sam, and a restricted user might not have access to it... Also, beware of auditing... Windows has auditing tools that register most user activities into a log... It is, by default, enabled to log some stuff. But it can be set to audit more events, like password changes, login logout times, etc... Now, going back to topic.... To delete your accounts, we need the name of 1 char per account at least. so we can locate your accounts and delete them... Post that and we will be able to do so. ADMIN NOTICE: New Administrator - gezza999 - 08-15-2006 Ok, I think in each of my accounts theres a char with gezza in the name. 1. STORAGE-Gezza ( or somthing like that) 2. [AW]282nd-Gezza ( again somthing like that i cant remember all these exactly) 3. INSANE-MORTAR-KISSER ( once again cant remembe it exactly.) BTW: I can install SOME things.. is there any way to get admin powers but keep it hiddden or somthing? "DOS" make a little script in a ".bat" file created in notepad to add yourself to the administrators group... nobody will ever know, (unless your dad throughly checks every inch of the hard drive) The script adds a new user, then moves them to the admin group (user is NOT shown on the basic list, only visable if you know how), and the great thing about it? you don't even have to be on the server machine to run it.. the program updates the server for you (if you have a proper network) what operating system is he running? if its the same as our college used, i can get hold of the coding, or even the whole script file for you (worked for us, but depends on your system) if it'll work i'll mail you the coding or something, as i'm not placing it on a public forum for anyone to "mis-use" this way is no mess, no keyloggers that can be detected, and no passwords needed. ADMIN NOTICE: New Administrator - Korrd - 08-15-2006 Yes. That will work. But if he cheks what group does the user belong to, he will discover that the user is in the admin group... I think that the best way is to set the rights one by one instead of adding the user to the admin group. Or give the restricted users group some admin rights... If you can edit your own group permissions easily then fair enough, but most times, its VERY hard to do unless you have a proper user management program, and your way, XP logs who installs what, with our way, you can use a back door to clean up evidence ADMIN NOTICE: New Administrator - gezza999 - 08-15-2006 Jeez itd be so simple if I wasnt totaly computer illiterate. -.- ADMIN NOTICE: New Administrator - Dab - 08-16-2006 That 282nd one is probably [AW]282ndskings.Gezza That is the tag of the Suicide Kings so its likely that was what it was.
