Your request is understandable under current circumstances. Permission for construction of fifth weapon platform is granted, conditions stay the same as before. Hopefully this heavy defense system combined with prepared emergency repair supplies and ships which will be dispatched to defend your station will fend of these bloodhirsty terrorists.
