It's probably safe to say the only non-retconned "Canon" races are AIs, Humans, Nomads and Daam K'Vosh. There's inevitably all sorts of mixes and hybrids (augmented humans, the wild) but I wouldn't classify those as individual races.

The only No. 1 place to get information about Discovery Freelancer is the infocards in Discovery Freelancer.
