Do the Dragon/Order caps signed up intend to make an appearance?

And we ended up with a sort of anti-climatic gunboat fight, where the more powerful Order gunboat and its experienced pilot won the day against it's KNF counterpart in a duel.
I thank the KNF side for showing up with all hands, even if it was a shaky roster right to the end.
