I just got my new schedule. And my boss threw me for a curve.
I can make it, but I will be late. I don't get off work until 2 PM my time...exactly when the event is dlated. Dunno how gast I can get home so I might be late.

Actually this is incorrect. The entire "nap" thing is NOT cannon lore - it's not "for real" as far as official storyline is concerned.

I was told it is in effect inRP. But since there still are many open slots I guess you can take part. And if Sauron wants to change to the hessian ship he first wanted to assign he can do that, too.
