I think the Maquis sound potentially interesting. I'm going to wait to see how things go first though. Since I really don't know much about any of them, there are obviously other important things to consider - like who has the neatest looking weapons and ships. I don't want to fly around in something ugly. :P That and I'm not sure if there'll be a population shift atleast at first. Too many factors to consider!

I'm French but I won't be making a Gallic character. I try to keep my activity up with the 3 factions I'm currently involved in. Since NLH now owns the Lewis system I'll already get to enjoy the new addition of Gallia by preying on those who pass through Orknay :P
