no,you don't...the only way is to confiscate the cargo yourself and sell it on the freeports mentioned

Okay. So I just arrived at Planet New Tokyo with a full load of Bretonian Contraband Goods. I dock at Planet New Tokyo, I go to the commodity dealer, I open the window and the goods don't appear in the window, but it tells me that I have full cargo space. I undock open the inventory and find that my cargo is full of goods.

I found Hannibal on his admin ship in-game, I ask him about this. He tells that he'll check it, and it's been already 10 minutes and no response yet- Oh he just logged off.

Guys it was the same with the previous event where Delegates were illegal to transport on cargo ships.

This is pertinent. Why the hell is the Exile/Imperial ID still bound to Kyushu only? Why hasn't been expanded Kusari wide?

In relation to that, what about the changes on the KPT ID? Suzuka Station is probably still locked for everyone but the ones with rare Farmer Guard IFF.
