Won't happen.

There are a lot of systems getting merged soon, and many more vanishing. Your proposed map won't happen ever, though.

I was gonna make a somewhat-lengthy serious post, but apparently it's gone to flood.

Question of server population to system-player density is like answering the pros and cons of the urbanization phenomenon.

Rather than delete systems and jumpholes, ie 'destroying' rural areas, instead you should just:
> man up
> advertise DiscoFL more to peeps
> create events in these 'rural' systems
