Installation purpose: Mass production of ship components, likely exclusively interior systems, primarily using Crayter-produced copper, tools, and other materials sourced from nearby Yuma and the Sabah shipyard. These components will be priority delivered to Liberty contractors, with some sales to Bretonia as well. The station may host a hydroponic facility for partial self-sufficiency, and we may look into installing a refinery for excess copper ore, to offload nearby stations when their capacity is reached. No weapon platforms are ever planned to be constructed around the installation, due to its proximity to Yuma's defense grid and the fact the station is exclusively civilian in nature.

Subsidiary information: Recently I inherited a substantial archive of physical manuscripts, books and digital files which originate from Terra. The majority of the files appear to date from the era prior to evacuation to Sirius and predominantly discuss themes of an esoteric, philosophic or spiritual nature. Given the age of the archive, specialist atmospheric, temperature and gravitational requirements are necessary for the continued preservation of these manuscripts, many of which are in an advanced state of decay. The aim of the library is to preserve, examine, translate and make available as many of these archival documents as possible, to as wide an audience as possible; with the original documents and/or physical copies being made available for study in the station's Reading Room. The location was chosen not only for the unsurpassed views over the most beautiful vistas of Tau-44, but most importantly, for the political and intellectual integrity of The Craytor Republic with it's long standing commitment to freedom, knowledge and legacy.
With respect to the installation IFF donation/naming rights, if no donations are secured, the IFF will default to Freelancers to allow as many civilizations access to the library as possible. Presently Interspace Commerce have expressed interest in a donation of 2,000,000 SC for the IFF naming rights, however they are awaiting an internal report examining the broader implications prior to sign off. Therefore, I would like to extend this cultural sponsorship opportunity to The Craytor Republic and advise that a donation of 2,000,000 SC or more, will immediately secure IFF naming rights to the library archive, and further underscore the Republic's leadership in deep historical research, the elevation of humanity, and the relentless pursuit of freedom and knowledge.
MIlitary/Civilian: The station is purely civilian in nature and non-commercial. Weapons platforms are not required or desired. Maximum anticipated size is Core 2 with the preference being Core 1 to keep running costs to a minimum. Some cosmetic remodeling may be required to enlarge the Reading Room windows to maximize the view, affording greater peace and tranquility for those studying the archive material. The base 'F9' information transmission will always display at least three translated manuscripts and rotate through various books, files or documents available for study in the station's Reading Room.
Payment: Construction license fee of 500,000 SC (plus an additional 500,000 SC for late submission) and the Craytor Space rental payment of 3,500,000 SC, a total of 4,500,000 SC is hereby paid with thanks.

Good morning, Gentlemen. Today I have for you a business endeavor which I hope you'll find agreeable.
There's a large scrap metal debris field surround the Sarawak wreck, nearby planet Mindanao, which we've recently been prospecting. Our samples show this area is not only rich in scrap metal, but also potentially salvageable ship parts. We'd very much like the opportunity to tidy it up a bit, and provide the sector with a more abundant supply of recycled materials as a result. No weapons platforms are currently planned, but could be constructed if Cratyer Republic so desires, in order to help deter the presence of any Gallic sympathizers in the system. In the future, it may even be possible to repair and re-pressurize some of the moderately damaged sections of the former Sarawak station itself. Of course the Crayter Republic would be offered a premium stake in such an operation. That's all of course further down the line, so for now we'll get down to brass tacks:
