I would also like to have one more on it.
Bismarck never was a dueling battleship, it shines in large groupfights. If you wish to duel other people, the new Elbe is a pretty good choice.

That's one thing that made the change interesting to me. Now repair ships have a viable use on the field. It'd be nice to see some multiple nano tool additions for specific tasks. Some that repair faster than others but use up a lot of energy. Some that repair slowly but use little to know energy. One that repairs a big chunk of hull each use but drains the core.
There's a variety of things that could be done to compensate for it.
Let's wait and see how they'll be after the changes. Although somewhere in the future they'll probably get reworked.

No, the LABC already has a proper armor. It's smaller than most battlecruisers.

Cap missions will need some rework then. They were already borderline impossible to do alone, and if you increase the HP of the NPCs so much they'll be impossible for lone players.

Npc capital ships was using 1.7 armor entire time. Devs should remove that armor and it will be same
