good luck, remember to think about both what the rules say and what the rules mean, not just one or the other
check through old sanctions and vote based on precedents where possible, and do everything you can to ensure people of the outcome of requests / etc. as soon as possible
and don't forget to have some fun - if you need to take an LOA for school or whatever, do - the last thing this mod needs is more burnt out staff
