It is hard enough for them to get where they need to go fighting the NPC's let alone having to deal any human player. Give 'em the chance to get set up, then deal with them if you wish..

Agree with quoted statement.

Seriously, do you have to get a PVP-fix out of killing a Starflea?

If you are setting up your char, and you are in a CSV or smaller, even with cash and a trader ID,I will wish you good luck and permission granted to enter.

However,If you already have your Tag,ID,Big ship, lots of cash and 95% of your "killer " weapons load-out.......expect a mortar instead.

' Wrote:This is talking about a Starflier that was just made, and is obviously moving through with the intent to set-up (say, Xenos going to get a Taiidan or Eagle, Order, Nomads, etc.). Having a cash transfer first that puts you overlevel could leave the LSF or LN free to stop you, especially if you mount a Trader ID just for setup. I had an LSF try to blow me outta the sky just recently, as I moved through to setup a ship. Just wondering what you all thought.

First and foremost why wouldn't you transfer the credits after the setup character has reached it's destination?
Being a underlevel takes all the confusion out of it for the other party who's intelligence and common sense might be questionable.
As for myself, if the character is in a CSV and smaller with a Trader/Civilian ID i wish him luck with the nomads and let him be.

I'd totally allow it, unless they're just going to jump back and forth laughing in your face.
