At least open it for DHC (Hope they have a Silver bonus?), so that both Rheinland corps can be there. DHC is currently trying to get into action, this could be a good opportunity to give them a boost.

A clarification - this does not mean that anyone can participate. The IDs that have O7 as their ZOI + the extended ones mentioned in the OP can claim the kills and score.
