I have a game with a chunk about the size of a penny taken off the edge. Works fine, it just doesn't play the music.:P

The foil in between the plastic actually has a few pin size holes, but they've always been there and I've played with no problems. I think it's just a few too many scratches because I remember I did drop them a few times, but not really hard enough to damage the foil (at least, I don't think so). I wouldn't try the power tools, but I think I'll go with toothpaste and then if that fails, walk to GameStop after school. Thanks for the help everyone!
