So called "Delta Oktoberfest" is a traditional pewpew that happens every year, it has no RP background and it never had. The purpose behind those events is to have pure fun. Basically everyone can attend, from LN to K'Hara.
Best kind of fun, hope things like this happen monthly rather than yearly

Would be good to get a list who's participating, so it will not be 15 Core vs 2 Order , or vice versa
EDIT: Can it be done? Or we all just use common sense, and balance the odds ourselves?
