Can you link me to the Samura - Unione Corse Forum RP which justifies a friendly relationship? I was member of Samura|- for almost 5 years. 2 years member of the directors board. If i remember correctly there is no RP with the Corse because of NOX. Unlike the Hogosha/Corse RP.
P.S.: And just a random note. A restart Corse can't dock at FA bases. It is red by default. Not just the "your rep stinks" white. I guess they are considered hostile to each other by the devs/admins? Without forum RP nothing will change that for now. Or you convince the devs/admins to change that.

Well. There is no need to convince anyone here. I just want to share my opinion about how the FA should/could work and how i RP'd my AFA in the past. Nothing more, nothing less. What you do with this opinion is nothing of my concern at the end of the day. It is your fation after all.

Planet Kurile is/was Samura after all. The Hogosha have a base down there. And the Corsairs/Hogosha would be happy to have their FA friends in Sigma-17 to have an eye on the Artifact route from Gamma to Kusari. The Hosgosha ID has the 'Sigmas' line for example. I really don't know why this line is missing in the FA ID.

I agree that FA ZoI in Sigma-17 would both make sense and be beneficial. With Samura and GMG fighting over Kurile, Farmers Alliance ships would definitely be involved in the system. I'd be happy to fight you there.

I don't know where or if there is forum RP regarding Samura-Unione Corse relationship, all I know is when I inherited the Samura faction it had Unione Corse listed under business partners. Also I've seen [UC] guys in Nagano before and they had a generally friendly attitude towards Samura and were coming up as true neutral.

But I think you're right with the FA not being particularly welcoming to the Corsicans, it would make sense. However the UC does enjoy good relationship with the Samura constellation generally speaking.

Its why I would say its somewhere in the neutral band (even maybe about -3). We tolerate them because they're friends to our top two allies (Samura and Hogosha), but in no way would we work closely with them.

I'm not sure it's a direct relationship, or just too much faith placed on the Samura/Hogosha complicity. "your friends are my friends" sort of thing, as if speaking and dealing with one means the same as dealing with them all. Same thing on the Corsair angle, what was once a Hogosha gimmick was fully exploited by Samura, official and indie, to engage in a somewhat lucrative trade outside of Kusari.
As for the Sigma-17 issue, Only KNF had a explicit extension to the system, possibly a remainder of the tensions between Kogen and GMG for Kurile. Hogosha were much more recently redefined as a Taus and Sigma pirate contender, and the Farmers did not have a stable representation to support some updates in their ID that benefited them. A player/faction request should be submitted suggesting an extension to this particular system.
