I personally love this idea. This would open up so much more RP opportunities and possibilities.
Adding the Mactan encryption could count towards extra encryption on the comms. Meaning even if the comms got hacked they would be faced with extra encryption. Add real time to delay this decryption inRP to something like a few days. Thus it's not a case of "unbreakable encryption". Instead it would reflect on what would really be the case.

I can see how this can be easily abused in time. It's not a bad idea but it would provoke a lot of drama over the forums, that I can bet you.

I guess I worded it wrong I understood the idea what I meant was the ability of hacking encryption by research groups.
