GC are certainly on top however after reading the faction post, it was just so well put together, compared to the NovaPG post....
Given that combination, I think the Gaians are the most win right now. The other two have lots of good points, but have you been to Hokkaido and/or Chugoku lately? They definitely seem to have more headache potential than most systems these days.

I'd have to agree with that, and the Gaians are so fun.

Can I just butt in and make a point about the Gaians here? If you read the infocards on Islay, you'll find there has been a moral watering-down of the organisation, with less emphasis being placed on the enviroment, and more on plundering and making fast money.
The modern Gaians have more in common with the piratical Liberty Rogues and Corsairs than a intellectual eco-movement. Sure you could RP a hardcore remenant of the old movement, but what irks me is that the 'majority' in the NPC faction is the 'minority' in player RP.
More Brets is good though. We're already whupping the Kusariese, activity wise, so the more the merrier!
