It's am interesting concept piece, but not something that I would actually use. Rip looks much too straight for how ragged it is. Try using a Wet Media brush in a layer mask instead for a softer, more realistic tear.

What Dopa said - the torn paper effect should look a tad more random.
That aside, I love it! Very nice idea, although I can't see how schoolgirls (it's a college block paper page, so I associate it with school) are flying pirate ships. Anyways! Lovely!

Never really noticed the collarbone shine, but now that I see it, I think she looks better off without. Loving the new boobs too.
