As for not reporting it earlier in time, like I said I hate seeing people banned, I still stand by my observation of 003 whether he was toying with a small modification or not, circling my viper like that is impossible without a mod, and the difference between the two situations is that he was visibly making a point of "Check out my ship".

Pih when i was trying to buy the Battle Star 2 i didnt watch the emphaty, i was in few server that have set the emphaty that when you kill the order you became frendly to nomads, i was wrong.
Next i send my apologies to the Angles.
And the last thing i was using the speed mod first time but never again all other storys are lies.
