I hope this doesn't sound stupid. But by afternoon you mean at exactly 12 PM? (I have other stuff to do to so I need to know exactly when)

As I've said, the only BC that is participating isn't an ace so just give RM side a cruiser slot and it'll be more balanced than UN flat out having an extra cap.

I'm still working out the exact balance with people better at PVP than me, and also considering the skill-levels of who will be flying what. Till I figure it out, keep filling the other slots. I am taking feedback aboard, though.

Changing second UN cruiser slot to a non-anti-fighter-only gunboat. That's the only compromise that doesn't annoy one party or another.
