To be honest, i am confused, or, to an extent - concerned with the recent occasion of you approving the application of this utter Mary Sue, and that you somehow considered it to be good.
You might want to review your recruitment politics and take a better look into your applicants writeup rather than just accepting any willing person, no matter what kind of nuisance they provide in their application.
