i thaught that there were differerant cruize charge times already.
i could have sworn that the BW transport has a faster charge time than most other transports!
but, then reduce the CD disrupt time coz' NPC CD spammers are my biggest hatred, especially when its like 'i can kill 500 of you without breaking a sweat! you arent' worth my time!" but then, the stupid NPC shoots your cruizer and then you are forced to shoot them all down, wasting your time.

Well, like you said, it will decrease trader escapeabillity rate.
And getting pirated from your powertrader funds is not fun, its annoying, and it makes you want to put a bounty on them so big they will be killed many times over.

Set a nice RP msg or 2 and you should be ok. i use it all the time and change it when i get tired of seeing the same msg
