Well, you're a fine capship captain im sure, but Liberty seems to have increased its indie cap population even further, without even factoring in the 5 cap8 [LN] Dreads. I always get told by KNF that they're waiting for the miracle update, which may mean a revival of kusari.
I'd suggest that you hold your decision until 4,85, which is just another name/item to the list of things that're waiting for/in that darn thing.
maybe grab yourself a cruiser or something to bide yourself over? who'd name a battleship after quebec anyway! :laugh:
