Unless I'm missing something, the official ID apparently does not have a sellpoint in the game. Can it please be added to Niigata Star City for sale.
In addition, the 500m used in an official faction creation request used to be refunded if the request is successful, as per FR2.

500m returned to GMG|Keiji;Namura, you should find the ID sold on Niigata after the next restart.
