Unusual activity within Hamburg

I've dispatched into the Hamburg system from the planet surface. Within Hamburg I went on to patrol the Nordheide with the destination being Bering. While I initially had the objective to check on the Separatist presence I've noticed an LSF gunship of bretonian make. Considering their presence in our half of the system I pursued them. While well in scanner range they moved into Hamburg. They did not explain properly nor apologise for their illegal entry. I was not told that it was authorised from our end either. I merely demanded an explanation as I avoided confrontation with the gunboat class ship.

Though they had the right idea about the salvage operations as we've managed to catch one in the New Berlin system soon after they moved there from Hamburg. We did not manage to take them in for questioning as their Unioner escort engaged in combat. While I managed to take out the Unioner vessel with the assistance of our gunboat, the two Corsairs managed to critically damage my fighter at which point I had to eject.

All further details, logs and guncams are attached to this report.

Weapon exchange with "The Core" in Omicron Delta

After i grouped up with "Viper" in New Berlin, we went to "Mainz Storage" in Frankfurt. There we meet Adm.Liam Engel.
From there on we went to Omicron Delta. In Omicron Delta we went to "Yaren Base".

We waited there for a few minutes, until "Ar.Sogan" meet us.
Viper and Mr. Sogan exchanged the Guns and we went back to Frankfurt.

After we reached Franfurt we splitted up.
Adm.Liam Engel went back into his office and Viper went on with the Guns.
Further infortmation about the guns can be given by him.

We had no Enemy encounters within the whole mission.
The most time we spend waiting for "Sogan".

"Linus von Claussen confirmed working with the Unioners"

Guten Tag. The initial part of Operation "Gerecht" didn't go so well in the beginning. However, we met the suspect in Stuttgart a bit further out the trade lanes as our contact has told us. Accompanied by Korvettenkapitän Christian Von Albrecht and assumingly "Linus von Claussen" who tried to hide his identity under of "Oberleutenant Schultheiss Raumberg Shain" obviously an attempt to hide his true personality, the name of the context of their conversation is unknown to me since I wasn't present when it began. Arriving on the scene we confronted the suspect and ordered it to follow us into the Cologne System where the suspect followed us without any problems after we sent the Military Kapitän to the Cologne Jump Gate. We proceeded through Cologne to the Hamburg Jump Hole where the trouble began, whilst asking questions of where he is being taken to the vessel a "Taurus OSC" class shuttle stopped at the edge of the "Norddrauwolke" with the reasonable demand that their scanner array wasn't calibrated properly for the field, while I know the field pretty well with its hideous pirate encounters the suspect did not continue to follow us as we changed the course of our flight path.

This is where the party started to smell, covered by the Jump Hole signature and the anomaly of the field, three "Unioner" vessels appeared almost out of nowhere, almost as someone called them. This is positive evidence that Herr Linus von Claussen the self-proclaimed "Shadow-Chancellor" of Rheinland is cooperating with the "Unioners" a criminal and terroristic organization with roots from the Hamburg system. While we've been on high alert because we were highly outgunned our suspect remained rather calm and acted very suspicious. We had no choice but to leave the system without the suspect in our hands. Something was fishy about this whole operation, while we arrived in Hamburg, a DHC vessel approached the Köln Jump Hole which it left with our advice. However, as the vessel was following us I took a few scans of it and it seems like Daumann is using Military-grade ships now. It followed me to the Stations Essen and Dortmund in New Berlin where I lost contact to it and I returned to Straußberg.

I will attach all visual and voice evidence to the attachments. This is all for now.

This report is concerning enough for me to have this be hand delivered beyond the endless queue that I already have. Good find on this, I'll have a word with the Buro's internal affairs department and organise a formal release of this information for the media to mop up like cats to spilt milk. Also be alerted that I'll be assigning and pushing for Linus Von Claussen to be applied to the bounty contract board as a detainment target...

This is indeed troubling times for the Republic.

Nomad inversaion in New Berlin

Yesterday i was on my normal patroll flight in Omega-55.
Half way on my patroll i got an emergancy call to get to New Berlin.
A bunch of Ish`tar and a some Marduk`s and i think Nammu's aswell appeared near Planet New Berlin.

As i arrived in New Berlin, most of Rheinland's Warships were shoot down.
Only a Few Fighters, Bombers and Gunships were left.
I engaged the nomads but there was nothing that i could have done with my Mjolnir.

After some fighting i saw one Nomad leaving the fight.
He went to Station Dortmund.

Myselfe and Ms. Leonie.Meyer (Dauman Security) followed him and catched him half way to Station Dortmund.
During this fight Adm. Hippers from the Unioners arrived in a Donau Class Cruiser and helped us fight this Nomad.

We were able to destory the Nomad ship and i acquired a Nomad Fuel Cell.

After i restock my Ammunition at Station Dortmund, i went back to Planet New Berlin.
But it seems like that all the other Nomad Ships had disappered.

During the fight we got help from all kinds of people.
Red Hessians, Unioners, The Order, Dauman Security, some Freelancers, and even a pilot from the Coalition Military assistet us.

This day everyone worked together to defend Rheinland aginst the Nomads.
But one MND-Pilot was focused on Shooting down an Unioner rether than defending Rheinland.

His callsign was Revolverheld. I told him to stop attack the Unioner and to help defend against the Nomads.
After the Nomads left he was still attacking the Unioner and i told him that this Unioner just helped us defend New Berlin and that i will take care of him.

He still didnt stoped attacking the Unioner so i had to open light fire on him to make him stop.
He than killed the Unioner and i left to see after the Unioner Cruiser. I had an short chat with Adm. Hippers and thanked him for his help.
He left to Hamburg and i left to Frankfurt to take the Nomad Fuel Cell to the Schatten-Base.

I know that Unioners are enemy of Rheinland but this day they helped us to defend the Vaterland.
That is way i was defeding the Unioners this day.
I think it was an unusual time and working together with Criminals was the right thing to do.

Personal Comment : We had no Chance to win a fight against this ammount of Nomads.
In my oppinion we must work together with Civil and Unlawful organisation if the Nomads try to attack again.
Futhermore i mean that the BDM should start negotiating with Organisation like The Core or The Order.

Military Technology Licensing Scandal

Abteilung I. A relatively small Daumann sub-group named {DHC} on March 26th specifically contacted the [SMR] sub-group about a very large restricted military technology procurement, listed below:
  • 5x 90-ARKM-N45 "Wraith" Rheinland Very Heavy Fighter
  • 5x 19-ARKM-N82 "Mjolnir" Rheinland Super Heavy Fighter
  • 5x 140-ARKM-N58 "Bergelmir" Rheinland Bomber
As well as the following equipment for the above ships:
  • R7-s "Firekiss" Rheinland Plasma Cannon
  • R7-n "Hornviper" Rheinland Tachyon Cannon
  • R4-n "Stealthblade" Rheinland Tachyon Cannon

This is not a typical order considering the size of the organization. However what makes it even more suspicious, was that a NCO from the [SMR] responded, and even though they are not authorized to process licensing requests and added even more assets into the order; x10 Sleipnirs, x1 Oder Gunboat and an unlimited amount of Rheinlang Military cannons for just 50 million SC.

We are currently investigating SMR to find all the personnel that have been bribed, starting with the NCO, Fähnrich Seidel.

Abteilung II. But this is not the only order. On mid January the {DHC} sub-group made a request directed specifically to Admiral Wittgenstein of the [RMK] bypassing all ranks that typically process those requests. Similarly with the previous case, and even though the [RMK] sub-group was not authorized to process licensing requests Wittgenstein gave x2 Oder Gunboats to this Daumann sub-group for the cost of 0 SC.

Unlike the [SMR] case we believe that no monetary bribe was involved in this case, instead Wittgenstein was rewarded with political favors instead.

Abteilung III. Subsequently, the Büro contacted {DHC} about this matter. Unfortunately however they found a loophole in the laws which forced us to negotiate a settlement. This legal loophole in the meantime has been closed by the legislature. However when Spezialagent von Rohe requested the exact ship names to be added in the registry they started to delay, demanding unrestricted access to RM weaponry and eventually before the time expired their legal counsel rejected her request instead demanding BDM to join one of their servers where they are going to keep said database.

We believe that this is because they intend to utilize more ships than they are allowed to. My recommendation to Direktor Enfield is to cancel the registration process, order the return of all loaned assets and then return the fees that were paid by {DHC}. That will allow the Spionageabwehr Abteilung to find out who and how many have bribed during this entire scandal.

If they create even more problems and legal obstacles I would recommend to release parts of this report to the public. We are talking about a scandal, after all.

After Action Report: Frankfurt Interdiction

Encountered one spoofed Orbital Spa and Cruise IFF cargo transport escorted by one Freelancer Corvo "Civilian" cruiser in Frankfurt - both carrying Aluminum Ore. When asked to stop in order to submit to a cargo scan and papers inspection, both the cruiser and transport opened fire without warning.

The transport was destroyed in self defense, with 632 units of ore confiscated and remaining units destroyed.
I continued to engage the cruiser alone with my ragnar until I was reinforced by KAM|RNC-Altenmarkt. The corvo then fled to New Berlin.

Diplomatic Outreach: Junkers Congress

Encountered vessel .:j:.Festus.McBoyle in Frankfurt. Given some shortages in certain goods, I believed it to be prudent to reach out in order to open an additional channel of supplies.

Vessel was given a generous "donation" of 632 units of Aluminum Ore previously confiscated in above after action report. Will follow up with proper communique with the Junkers Congress.

After Action Report: Nomad Incursion into Thuringia

While on routine patrol of the Thuringia security zone with KAM|CV-Strasburg, we encountered a "Marduk" type Nomad battleform. We pursued it into the Unstrut-Minesektor where we met with Vizeadmiral Finn Wanger of the KAM|CV-Seyditz and destroyed the alien before it could further intrude into our security area.

To: Buro Oberkommando,

In my return to Thuringia from southern Rheinland i have received an emergency call from the Federal military subdivision Die Vierergruppe concerning a military gunboat in direct vicinity of battleship Bayern going under the callsign of King Tiger. Upon my arrival their intelligence have confirmed and we have prepared for a joint assault - however, we were interrupted by a greater threat resurfacing and approaching from Frankfurt anomaly vector - a master Nomad warform, chistened Ish'Tar by the Komissariat immediately changed it's course and, in the end, turned up in the Thuringia quarantine zone.

Opting for a temporary ceasefire with the Imperial insurgent to even stand a chance against the Warform with the composition available at the moment - the Warform was tracked down and it's eradication is beyond a shadow of a doubt. Imperial kanoneboot, however, opted for a quick withdrawal from the area, and present Federal forces failed to properly intercept it. That includes myself, the contact with the Imperial intruder was lost in the vicinity of Thuringia anomaly in Hamburg, and it was decided to return to Bayern instead of following them deeper into hostile territory.

My suggestion would be to contact all parties involved and remind them about the classified nature of such events; it stood true under the Federal government, and it should remain such under the Imperial regime - even as lawless as it is.

Zoner in possession of Nomadic materials. A lost soul.

The described individual was first discovered in Hudson system - and have supposedly just left Rheinland space - therefore i chose to lead the Zoner into carefully laid out trap of Liberty law enforcement: the "Conference" course suggested it headed straight to the heart of our capitalist neighbors. I have tracked it down to Liberty capital and collected all the necessary data for our own criminal record. It, apparently, have also trespassed restricted areas - from which, however, the vessel soon returned - only to encounter local law enforcement. All the dangerous cargo was promptly destroyed.
On my way back to Thuringia the officer i requested assitance from in dealing with the smuggler as soon as it was out of my jurisdiction, Isla Nazumaki, have told quite a story. Of a nameless girl who have spent majority of her life as a slave. Having no name, extremely vary of people - she was misjudged even after she grasped for freedom.
I am intending to reach out to her. It is yet too long before she can be considered a viable candidate, but i am also intending to get her to recover under my supervision - and train her of the very basics. Even she opts to leave us in the bitter end - she, at least, will be able to handle herself better than before.

Isla referred to her as... Broken Wings.
