RE: Poll: Imperial Rheinland - Lucas - 07-13-2019

Why give something to a Playerbase that refuses to log/Logs off when enemies log? If anything they should lose things rather than gain them

Also +1 to Reeves, would feel very forced

nobody wants this to happen so its more like taking away from that playerbase which is why im +1ing it : )

edit: just saw the poll
point still stands

edit 2: ok under light of new information i have come to the conclusion that as long as the current rheinland leadership gets gutted whatever else happens to rheinland will be an improvement

RE: Poll: Imperial Rheinland - Reeves - 07-13-2019

I really hate having to be rude like this but I feel I have to be brutally honest in saying what I'm about to say.

This story development, much like the Sigma war would be viewed as forced and do nothing but serve to appease a literal alt-right clique in the community that has taken to encouraging either bad behaviour or logging off. It's worse yet that the leadership of the faction I'm talking about not only encourages this behaviour but sees it as entirely justified and that their actions are exemplary.

If the staff wants to see actual tangible toxicity, look no further than the leadership of every Rheinland lawful faction, obviously excluding the BDM. You justifiably cracked down on my behaviour, don't slacken the disciplinary precedent now just because it's convenient. Don't even consider doing this, it's not going to go anywhere worthwhile, if anything it'll go down an eerily familiar route that we've all been educated about in our history classes.

If it is handled correctly and done with logical decisions, then yes it should come back.

I just worry as Unioners lead it will be rushed and not make much sense.

Not even Kusari managed to take our home space, i dont think that a small criminal organization has the power to surpass a whole house Military.

Omega-7 is more acceptable target rather than Stuttgart. NEMP Jump Gates and capture all facilities.

RE: Poll: Imperial Rheinland - Sombs - 07-13-2019

I think the chance of doing this with a good notion was eliminated by the fact that the entirety of Rheinland's playerbase seems to do their fights either in story chats, and in the instances of where it happens ingame or via forum RP, the drama is always piling up to levels where people just want Rheinland to stop existing. Powergamey roleplay about NPC/faction assets getting killed or imprisoned, PoB-trolling, generally delusional claims and rumors are getting treated like truth. Rheinland is at its weakest point, both militarically and economically, but people portray it like everything is fine because they can spam capitals and gank anything in Sigma-21 and Honshu while logging off the moment RHA shows up.

Right now, this looks just hilariously forced by wishful thinking and probably a good amount of spite for everyone that is not oneself.
