It's more about gameplay than RP. Gallic side gets always roflstomped by all of these ID's so why should they add two more IDs with quite alive population against Gallic side, thus making it unbalanced and not really fun for Gallic side?

I was thinking more along the lines of just moving the fleets at Southampton to the Leeds side of the gate. It would fit with the establishing a beachhead inside Leeds.

The Council should not be involved at all in the affairs of Bretonia in current events. We do not care about what is happening in Leeds, we are busy with affairs in France.
