We have spotted a rare sight of the Outcasts commencing mining operations in Tau-23. They were using major 5000 units cargo hold transport and mining ship. They have repeatedly refused to pay a fine and demonstrated disrespect towards an agent of the crown. I have concluded that it's worth the death sentence. And so they were executed.

During yet another Dublin patrol, our wing has faced some heavy resistance from the Bretonian side, this includes both BAF and so-called Gaians. They are working in one team as per usual. The resistance of their fighters was neutralized with the help of a great Enclave pilot, Jeuge Duval. After that, we have taken down an enemy gunboat and help a Valor to finish off an enemy battlecruiser. But you know, I am not very interested in the capital fight. The fight was won, in glory we returned. No losses on our side.

However, in my honest opinion, there was a clear underperformance on my side. I will keep insisting on my demotion to Chavalier.

1. In Tau-37, an Outcast capital forces have grouped around Freeport 10. Violating not only laws of nature by existing, but also local Zoner rules and agreements. I've led small mixed bomber and fighter squad, after long and pretty much useless fight, the Outcasts have retreated into unknown jumphole.

I have informed the local administrator about our actions, we have exchanged points of view and well... Zoners are mildly cooperative, but trying to bite back sometimes. I will attach communique with Freeport Ten Administrator and Velvet Organization leader.

In case if Freeport 10 Administrator will try to escalate, I suggest informing our Kusarian counterpart. They would be interested in activities around Freeport 10 and how potentially poorly it was handled.

2. As part of my COMM duty, I had to deal with the messages coming from the Libertorian thugs, known as the "Liberty Rogues". They are a bunch of random gangs roaming in Liberty and it's Borderworlds. The person named "Dixon", who was contacting me on their behalf have refused to recognize our laws and turned out to be Bretonian sympathizer. I had to cease that contact.

3. And then, I have got a different group of Rogues contacting us. Represented by a quite strange individual by the name of "Medusa". Their group seems to be more reasonable. They at least tried to be polite and agreed to follow our regulations in full. As usual, I will attach the communication. It's your decision if we either cooperate with them or not.

4. Weird AI has built its base in Leeds orbit and it's informed us about it.

Oh, and on the bright side of things, I've shut down two SIS ships in Leeds. Now, it's Friday so the other communication officer must rotate me. And traditionally I remind you to demote me back to Chavalier.
