Incident:Initiiating a lockdown procedure at Shikoku gate to New Tokyo and came across a Chrysanthemum

Details of Event: GC|Nyoko.Hatta was the Chrysanthemum involved and had one State Police pilot in her hold and we continually asked for his release but to no avail.
After some conversation Hideo made the move to try and disable the Vessel but unfortunately was disabled himself and I was able to tractor his escape pod onto my Battlecruiser.

Action(s) Taken:Hideo was disabled and tractored to safety and the Chrysanthemum fled afterwards

Incident:An AI Cruiser vessel was stationary at Planet New Tokyo

Details of Event: ArX1S was the vessel spotted as I exited the trade lane leading from Shikoku to Planet New Tokyo.
I proceeded to try and interogate the AI, and the vessel seemed confused in a way, its speech was not what I remember resembling an AI vessel I have encountered before. So I basically found in his hold NOMAD Vessel remains and Alien Organisms, so to be on the safe side I asked him to jetison all the items and immediately destroyed them and took the pilot he had into custody.I then proceeded to initiate an escort procedure and take him through New Tokyo into Honshu and left the vessel at the Sigma 21 gate and proceeded with my end of patrol and scanned another two vessels which were all clear

Action(s) Taken:AI Cruiser vessel was escorted to Sigma 21 where I left him ...or....It to proceed away from Kusari space

Incident: GC-Yunoki.Misaki trying to SELL me some sort of new stimulant

Details of Event: Well I came across this individual who spotted me and started to offer me some sort of new stimulant and trying to extort credits from of all people ... me

Action(s) Taken: I refused to pay for this item considering that this unlawful individual could possibly cost me my position as High Commissioner. The conversation is fully available in the record file below

Incident:Interspace transport caught red handed outside Planet Junyo

Details of Event: Super-Transport was the vessel involved here with a Cargo of Black Market Light Arms .... clearly illegal and asked him to drop the cargo to be destroyed.

This individual will be marked as a smuggler and will be watched closely by all State Police Officers from now on....

Next time, seeing as I did not fine him, he can drop the cargo and be fined 10 million Sirius Credits and thereafter the fines will increase again by another 5 million and after the second encounter, if he is spotted again with illegal cargo he should be taken into custody.

The Kusari State Police will not tolerate smugglers in our Region.

Action(s) Taken:Cargo dropped and destroyed by me, Transport went off, clearly not a happy Captain.

Incident: Encounter with GC-Komadori(Freighter) near Shikoku Gate in New Tokyo.

Details of Event: The Freighter was carrying a Shigeakiki an unknown gc liquid.

Action(s) Taken: After engaging and taking the hostile down me and |KSP|Kogeki tractored some of the weird liquid and transfered it for analysis.

Incident: Encounter with Nox smuggler in New Tokyo

Details of Event: The transport, flown by interspace pilot "Versailles" was carrying Nox. He did not comply with any demands to jettison the contraband and the ship was destroyed. His escape pod was towed to Fuchu Prison.

Action(s) Taken: After calling for the transport to halt at Shinjuku station, he took flight and I gave pursuit. He eventually stopped at Planet New Tokyo. After much conversation, he continued to refuse to jettison the contraband. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of ensuring that his transport was destroyed. The contraband was destroyed and his escape pod was subsequently towed to Fuchu Prison. I imagine he must be writing to all the diplomats now from there.

Incident: Potential smuggler in New Tokyo

Details of Event: The target, William.Orbit, was identified as a potential Nox smuggler through the trade lane scanner. Unfortunately, he was unable to be located.

Action(s) Taken: Through the trade lane scanner, I noticed the target may have Nox in his cargo hold. As I was occupied at a meeting at Kansai Research Station, I radioed Inspector Black to see if he was available to investigate. Unfortunately, the target ceased to appear on the trade lane scanner. Inspector Black attempted to locate the target but was unable to do so.
