Why not split it into Gaian Wildlife (non edible) and Gaian Luxury Food (make it imply it is shipped "alive", that's what makes it "luxury") ?
To explain, I'm pretty sure there are some Gaian widlife that are simply not edible... For example venomous, poisonous or taste horribly.
