After a little test in SP I concluded, we need to gather a whole server playerbase (85 for sure) for this campaign, give them a Dunkirk with at least six Ion Blasters and release all shoots at the same time.

All shields take half hull damage + energy damage (generally 0 on non-pulse weapons), but that value is modified by the weapon type, which for Ion Blasters looks like this:
