Did a bit of a change to the consequence line. LSF assured me there'd be no FR5s regardless of the rule though so kudos to them there.
If I'm around I offer to beam Zoner combat ships to Bethlehem so you don't need to cross houses or fly off grid for an hour. Just PM me ingame if I'm there or on discord. Can bring you back home after the event too of course.

Yesterday it was full of unlawfuls camping the base. Pretty much the same thing.

The fact that all sides involved can just camp the destination is rather unfortunate, as this renders interdicting anywhere else essentially pointless. But there's not much to be done about that, with Pennsylvania laid out the way it is.
Edit: Maybe future events could use a more out of the way event POB set hostile to law enforcements to avoid this.

My hope was that there would be some actual role play outside of Pennsylvania, which isn't happening that I've seen. No patrols in NY or anything like that. Just a bunch of try hard must-wins doing what they do.

Maybe you could hire some GC to run interference for you by doing a cardi run. Or, send a sacrificial lamb out there meant to get caught, so the rest can escape with the commodity. Would some creative tactic like that work?

Doesn't work very well when Cruisers can just insta kill stuff and sit at the chokepoints. I've played as sacrifice several times. We broke a blockade like ... barely twice in a convoy, and we /had/ to use a cruiser of our own - and I don't particularly want to use caps when they don't make much sense.
Not much you can do as a bomber, because they'll just have snubs etc. You just need numbers, really.
I don't see a lot of people trying to wipe up the lawfuls, it's always similar playergroups zzzzzzzzzz
