This is a genius idea! There's been a few commodity ideas already spread around (such as furs), but like Kyushu Rice, there can be new food items created as well. Furry Chow, Fancy Furry, Fedigree... many others that are consumed by the Fur-kind.

This also opens up to new ship models as well. Liberty should lead the way in introducing a new line of Cattleships. Flying horses, cows, donkeys, oh my! This way I suppose it is possible to say that the ass ganked me Big Grin

I'm not hinting at anything but it's already in flood

I must firmly assert that furries do not fit into the setting of the game. Discovery Freelancer has a specific theme and setting that is focused on space exploration and combat, and the inclusion of furry characters does not align with that theme. The staff has carefully considered the game's setting and goals, and we have determined that the inclusion of furry characters would be out of place and could detract from the overall experience of the game.

While it is true that the video game industry is evolving, it is also important to recognize that each game has its own unique context and goals. In the case of Discovery Freelancer, the staff has determined that the inclusion of furry characters does not align with the game's setting and vision. It is important to respect their decision and work within the framework that they have established to create a positive and engaging gaming experience for all players.

I was going to comment that some people here have forgotten that this is the flood forum or have no sense of humor, but now I'm not sure. If this is meant as serious, it should be in a general discussion forum and I meant no offense by my post.

I do echo other opinions here. The community is already too relaxed when it comes to some names and furries have no place here. It's not just furries being picked on, pokemon, cartoon characters, youtube personalities etc... have no place here. If you are an avid fan of furries or anything else, more power to you and I hope that it brings you the most happiness and fulfillment that it can. It just doesn't have a fit here.
