I will close registrations in 15 mins. At this point, I will run the event with what we have if everyone shows up. If anyone wants to register a Hel or an Elbe, the should try to find another person for the other side's slot

For simplicity, the RM caps should stick to the "circle" formed by the secondary Alster structure, the tradelanes, and the storage depots/satellites.
