As much as it was necessary to sit through fighting myself while waiting for their unpredictability to lash out, it seems tempering my programming has paid off with letting them 'sing' at each other... And they was furious.

Apparently said forces of the Ghostmind were lingering in the Tau's while I was in contact with the Vagrants and toyed at their anger as equally as they do to us.
