COMMUNICATION MESSAGE

Sender: Jimmy Manderson
Recipient: Eclipse Vanguard Agents
Subject: Your reports

After the encounters with the Core in Zeta and past operations to salvage the assets of Kairo Station, it is worth reminding for all of you how to handle reports.

I, specifically me, am responsible for making sure that all this paperwork is properly archived. If you think you're going to be the hero of the day by pushing a button, you're dead wrong. The contents of your messages are checked ten more times by a whole team of experts.

I will start complaining to my superiors if any of you do any of the following (or do not do):

  1. Showing your faces in your reports, as is done here, here, and here. To be clear, I'm binary, meaning I like both guys and girls. If I want to see the faces of both genders - I'll open some lewd journal. In your case, putting a face on a report creates a risk. The risk that if information leaks out, your face will end up in the hands of every intelligence agency in the Sirius sector. You put not only yourself at risk, but your fellow officers as well.
  2. Regarding the text to be filled in: concise and clear. I don't need the details of who's doing a shitty job there and all that kind of stuff. I don't care how much someone on your team wanted to go to mommy when the fate of the Fort was at stake. You can reveal the feelings of such people to the nearest psychologist, not in a report that carries any information with it. My team and I want to see information, not emotion.
  3. Fill out everything in a template. It's not invented for nothing. If I'm looking for your name on a list of recent reports to refer to your “here and now” information, be kind enough not to fill it out like this. If I see >Name< instead of Name one more time, I swear to God you will draw the report on a piece of paper, fill it out, and fax it to me personally. This also goes for all your “cool” logos.

For the battle for Cairo alone, I received about a hundred reports with different design styles and only a tiny fraction of them matched the template. About five of them didn't even fucking match the general coding, and you know what that can lead to? A fucking data leak to a third party. The same ones who stormed the Fort and Cairo and are now taking over Zeta.

My hour-long job ended up taking two days. It's hard for me and my guys to work with you, only to have to listen to Overwatch complain that we filled out something wrong or didn't honor the secrecy. And none of them refers to you, the claims go specifically to us, while you are “heroes” for them.

Deployment Request - White--Wolf - 02-22-2025

Sender ID: Commander Sam "White-Wolf" Manikshaw

Recipient: Eclipse Vanguard HC, Order Primary Fleet HC
Subject: Deployment Request – Eclipse Wolves & Reinforcements

Admiral Naxxramas,

Following the recent battle and our evacuation from Omicron Zeta, it is clear that the Nomad threat is far from over. Their activity in the surrounding systems has only escalated, and we cannot afford to be caught unprepared. I am formally requesting authorization to deploy the Eclipse Wolves squadron to secure key sectors and establish early warning operations.

The proposed deployment is as follows:

Omicron Minor – A critical location given its past significance. We need regular patrols to detect any resurgence of Nomad activity.
Omicron Delta – As a major gateway, securing Delta is vital to preventing further incursions into human space. Our presence here will reinforce our foothold.
Tohoku – The Blood Dragons maintain a presence here, along with Kusari forces. If there is Wild influence manipulating Kusari, we need to know. Coordination with the Dragons may prove valuable.
Omicron Zeta – Currently at high risk of total Nomad occupation. Any remaining Order forces in the region must be reinforced or extracted before we lose complete control.
While Eclipse Wolves can operate in high-risk environments, this assignment demands more than just a single squadron. I request capital ship support to reinforce our operations in these regions. A dedicated strike force, including a battlecruiser or dreadnought for key locations, would provide the firepower needed to deter hostiles and secure critical assets.

Additionally, any extra personnel, intelligence operatives, or reconnaissance assets that can be spared would greatly enhance our ability to assess and counteract the threat. We cannot allow another Zeta to happen elsewhere. If the Nomads are consolidating their forces for another major offensive, we must be the first to know.

Awaiting your approval.

COMMUNICATION MESSAGE

Recipient: Eclipse Vanguard HC
Subject: Transfer 34th Brigade to a separate unit

Command.

I bring to your attention that the Order's Command has approved the transfer of the 34th Brigade to a separate unit, still operating within the Order, but not assigned to any major agent formation (be it Overwatch, Section 8, or Eclipse Vanguard).

After the expedition between 833-834 A.S., the fate of the Brigade remained uncertain. However, at this point in time, with the unit only growing in size, we must actively return to our tasks of combating the Nomad threat and exploring it for advantage. These tasks will be complicated by red tape and many other barriers to communication between agents if we continue to exist in the Vanguard. Therefore, the decision to separate the brigade from the Eclipses was the most prudent for a number of reasons.

Re-enlisting all the people and rewriting the coding, logs, and everything else would take us about a week. Once this message is published, all members of the 34th Brigade will lose their keys to access, read, and send messages on your communications channel.

In turn, I thank you for your support during the days when the future of the Brigade was clouded. Now we have confidence in the future. If your agents see fit, they can apply to transfer into our unit. You can find all the details in the attached files.

As you know, the 34th Brigade left the Eclipse Vanguard lineup on the day of the Atum and Wyoming Battle Event. It happened right after the end of the event, and never because of Alucard. The plan had been laid out for about a month by me personally, and discussions with other members of the Brigade started about two weeks ago. They all agreed to my initiative.

We could have started posting the necessary materials earlier, but that would have tripled the heat, while my posting created a backlash against me personally. Since your reaction was strongly negative, it only confirms my thought that I should have parted with you even earlier.

Well, everyone chooses their own path. And I've chosen mine. I wish you luck in your own.

COMMUNICATION MESSAGE

Sender: Vuk Maric
Recipient: Eclipse Command
Subject: Delta Activity Recon Report

Introduction

In response to the standing Eclipse directive following heightened Core military aggression in the Omicron Delta region, agents were instructed to conduct unscheduled patrols across adjacent systems. This is to limit predictability and adapt fluidly to signs of renewed activity. The recent memory of the major Core offensive remains fresh, and surveillance efforts are now decentralized to prevent another surprise operation.

On this occasion, I was operating in the Omicron Minor system when communications chatter—originating from Konpeki personnel, now under the civilian banner of “Dax’s Gas Miner”—suggested increased Core fleet visibility. These whispers, while vague, bore the same cadence as previous precursors to hostile maneuvers. Acting on my own discretion, I diverted course and initiated a sweep toward Delta without delay.

PHASE I: Entry & Anomaly at Badrulchau Wreck – Grid E4

System entry was nominal until the vessel reached grid E4, where a dormant structure known as Badrulchau Station appeared on long-range scans. This site—long believed to be a derelict relic of ancient activity—immediately displayed non-standard behavior upon approach.

The wreck responded with unprovoked weapons fire, without issuing warnings or showing any signs of communication protocols. The aggression was sudden, mechanical, and targeted.

This behavior is disturbingly consistent with past encounters involving Infected installations. The pattern includes:
• Lack of IFF recognition
• Automated aggression
• Zero communication attempts
• Broad-spectrum hostility

I’ve attached a still of the moment Badrulchau opened fire. My vessel sustained no serious damage due to evasive maneuvers, but I advise all future reconnaissance assets to avoid direct approach. Passive scans or long-range probes are preferred until we have a clearer threat profile.

If this site is under Nomad or hybrid control, it could be a beacon or early warning node for deeper infestation. Recommend cross-referencing Badrulchau's current energy emissions with known Wild signature patterns.

PHASE II: Conflict Indicators – Grid F4

Upon entering **grid F4**, the situation grew more complex. My HUD registered multiple IFF signals clustered within the area, including:

• ARM-tagged Core vessel (WV-Lockdown)
• DTR Corsair gunship (likely CNS-Andorra)
• Zoner scout vessel (observing passively)
• Outcast signature (identity obscured by jamming)

The vessels were exchanging words, not fire. I maintained a safe observational distance. No offensive actions occurred during my presence, but the tension was palpable—verbal exchanges were confrontational, particularly between the Corsair and Core vessels.

The Reincarnation Outpost—a major DTR strategic foothold—was within proximity. Judging by vector formations and comms tone, it appears the Core may be conducting early probing actions, gauging response strength and external support around Reincarnation.

That being said, this report does not constitute hard proof of a planned Core offensive. But it contributes to an increasing number of signals pointing in that direction. The attached black box log showcases fragments of their conversation—indicating not only tension but a possible strategic blockade formation.

We cannot confirm their intentions—yet.

PHASE III: Strategic Assessment & Threat Analysis

The Reincarnation Outpost is not a soft target. Constructed with Corsair engineering and now under Deterrence control, it features:

High-grade armor plating
Expanded turret network
DTR rapid deployment hangars
Multiple internal shield redundancies

Any Core move against it would require overwhelming force or advanced sabotage. A direct siege would result in high casualties unless they leverage outside help—or perhaps worse—experimental Nomad technology.

We must not underestimate their capacity to escalate. The current lull is a breathing space, not a resolution.

Recommendations:
Continue unscheduled, unpredictable patrols. Keep pressure on observation gaps.
Deploy long-range scan drones around both Reincarnation and Badrulchau.
Compile comms intercepts from Delta traffic lanes—flag anything referencing "lockdown", "blockade", or fleet restructuring.
Refrain from direct confrontation unless fired upon or responding to active distress signals.
Coordinate indirectly with Zoner scouts when possible—they're eyes we don’t need to risk.

The Core may be calculating, but they’re not subtle. If a strike is planned, they’re still preparing. Our window to detect early indicators is slim—but it exists.

Eyes open. Shields ready.

Recipient: Eclipse Commander
Subject: Mission Request

Admiral,
After reading the report from Agent Maric, I write to put my inputs to consolidate the statements about the current events occuring in Omicron Delta and adressing a request :

During my routine patrols, I happen to stop by the Freeport 11, where i could encounter some Zoner Merchants wich i still have contacts after i joined the E.V. and here's what i could gather :

GATHERED INFORMATIONS:
  • The Deterrence group did increase its numbers and "Taxes Fee" activities, leading to a major discontent among the Zoners, a rumor circulating that a Zoner group decided to defend themself.

  • The Core activities has been increased significantly around their Base at Durban Station, with Convoy and armored escorts.

  • The only contact i had with the Core so far was with the ARM few weeks ago, i had been .... "requisitioned" on my Gunboat OCV-Baal by the 34th Squad to take down a Major target nearby Durban Station, the target was ... the WV-Lockdown also called by their members "The Duke", the WV-LockDown is a Mako Battleship Class with experienced crew and an efficient weaponery, they didn't take long enough to chase me and Shred the OCV-Baal integrity, forcing me to evacuate in the escape pod, unfortunately, the blackbox of the encounter couldn't be recovered. Maybe the old E.V. members have more intels of this "Duke".

EARLY CONCLUSION:

Linking those informations to Agent Maric's report, it is with 70% certainty that the Core are targeting the Reincarnation Station, but there is still some unanswered questions :

UNANSWERED QUESTIONS:
  1. What is the actual fleet power of the Core? Who is currently in charge ? how's their Supplies Management ? Strategy Employed ?

  2. The actual State of the Reincarnation Station?

  3. Does the DTR got enough people and supplies to defend it?

  4. Who are the Zoners group who raised against the DTR group?

MISSION REQUEST:

That is why, with your permission, Admiral, to conduct a covert operation to infiltrate the Core Fleet, i still have in Carthage my Zoner transport ship when i got attacked by the Nomads and got saved by the E.V. before i joined the E.V. Ranks , i could use it to sell and buy a weaponized ship under the Zoner's IFF and take part of the Core actvities.
If the Rumors are true, i should be capable to get accepted in the Fleet as an contracted Independant Zoner and discover whats going on from the inside.
I believe and confident to conduct this operation to its success, i'm a young member of the EV, and i don't have the reputation like my oldest peers, so they will not have suspicions and understand that the Zoners had enough from the DTR group and will accept every people willing to fight

Awaiting your answer, Admiral, with my sincere respects

Yes, it is true, Omicrons are getting heated day by day, but we must not forget what our true mission is, that is to save humanity from the Nomads. If the Core and the Corsairs have decided to fight like brutes, let them be, we must not interfere in their wars. Our goal is much bigger and much more honorable, that is why we carry the heavy burden of being the shield of mankind, a burden that many have lost their lives for, but it is all worth it in the end.

Subject: Corsairs War Declaration

Admiral,

Few Days ago, OverWatch got on scanner some Corsairs signatures going in Omicron Mu, trying with Agent White-Wolf to intercept them, they were nowhere to found, and could escape, but Today i just came back from a patrol, 34th Agent Rogue intercepted a BattleCruiser Class Ship from the Deterrence Group and refused to comply to the order to leave the system, once i arrived nearby he started to shoot at me directly, by chance i was on my Sekmet so i could dodge with ease, stating that he doesn't want to comply i engaged him, few minutes after the a Independant Order Agent Battleship named Irkalla went to asses the situation and know the intention of the Corsairs, he stated clearly it was for War, and started to Shoot at the Irkalla, we did employ the force only by response so the Corsair decided its fate, we did shot down nearby the Omicron Minor Jump Hole. (Provided in the blackbox attachement)

I will provide in the attachement, the footage of the battle.

REQUESTS:
  • Asking Headquarters + Overwatch to consider Corsairs as Enemy Threats for better identification
  • To Contact Phoenix for informations about The Deterrance Activity, surely they did encounter them multiple times after the events on Omicron Delta
  • To Contact the 34th for a possible joint operation, having every Agents available would be crucial, if the Corsairs wants War, we gotta be prepared

i will write to the 34th brigade and share to them the footage.

With all my respects

Subject: Omicron Kappa/Delta Report

Admiral,

Here's my report today about the event happened in Omicron Kappa/Delta during my patrol:

CONTEXT:

I picked up a emergency call from the Phoenix Group that there is Corsairs activities at Omicron Kappa nearby Delta Jumphole, once arrived we could see 2 Corsairs vessels, 1 Indie BattleCruiser (Named ^DarkKnight^) and one Snub wich was part of the BrotherHood (Named Juju.Silva), after a quick scan on both something caught up my eyes, the BattleCruiser had on his ship some Nomads Ammunitions but most importantly a Wild personal ! This was a delicate situation, knowing that Nomads/Wilds can trick/Infest by using their Psychic abilities.

This was Code red for contamination on a Capital Class ship, so I ordered him to put in space the Nomads Ammunition for destruction as for the Wild personal the Phoenix one handed it to me so we could proceed to put in quarantine Pods so he/"it" will do nothing against our crew, but once i thought the Incident will be over Peacefully, The BrotherHood Vessel after this started to engage the Phoenix and Zoners around and seems other Indie Corsairs came to assist him, so i fight broke out.

While trying to manoeuver the "potential" infected BattleCruiser started to Shoot at me, i warned him once, but he Kept shooting, so i immediatly use Force to to put him Down, and started to chase the others who came, i suspect they were in the nomads influence so i had to Help the Phoenix/Zoners, but against Snubs Class, the Omniscient wasn't really effective so i sent the OCV-Baal to deal with it while i was returning back to Akabat where the interrogation team took care of it, hoping to get informations before they dispose of him.

Also Quite surprising, an AI Ship From Core came to assist the Zoners/Phoenix and didn't even paid attention to me, at least that was one less opponent to deal with

While i was preparing the report, i got a distress call, the Crew From the OCV-Baal were evacuated in their lifepod, those Corsairs brought Down some of the Zoner/Phoenix members but also some Good Agents of the Orders? That is not good. Even more if they're influenced by Nomads/Wilds

IDENTIFICATION:

Here the identifications of all the Corsairs Ship involved :
  • ^DarkKnight^ - Indie Corsair, BattleCruiser Class
  • Juju.Silva - The BrotherHood Affiliation, Snub Class
  • Santos.Carvajal - Indie Corsair, Snub Class
  • Calixta.Zapatero - Indie Corsair, Snub Class
  • El.Papi.Pedro - Indie Corsair, Snub Class (but this one didn't take part of the fight)

You'll find in the attachements, the Whole Blackbox with the conversation until i took down the BattleCruiser + the Video footage when i had to retaliate.

With all my respects

Subject: Omicron Delta Battle/Entity Encounter Report 03/07/835

Admiral,

I've come back with Bad news ... i just got to Freeport 11 ... The OCV-Omniscient took severe damage, its currently under repairs thanks to the Zoners from Freeport 11, what i've witnessed was beyond imagination ... let me explain what happened:

CONTEXT:

Freeport 11 rang the Red Alert Signals, a vast fleet with unknown signature was inbound towards the Station, so i took out the Omniscient to check what happened ...

To my surprise, it started with a Core fleet, well for me nothing new, but what was weird was they started to shoot everyone Zoners/Corsairs included, and their signature as i said were "Unknown" Type, so i helped defending Freeport 11 against that Fleet, it was composed of Mako's/Gunboat/Snubs, we could Wipe them out.

But there was a second wave ! And from out of nowhere it appeared on our long range scanners, and it was ... Liberty Ships ?! that makes no sence, and again "Unknown" signature.
We engaged them aswel and their way how they exploded reminded me some Nomads, i wasn't sure but it was odd, having Liberty Cruisers coming in Delta without beeing noticed? Impossible !

Not to mentionned there was also a "Unknown" Nephilim wich appeared nearby us and starting to attack everyone, Zoners Included, wich confirmed something weird was going on.

After the battle, One of the Phoenix member mentionned something he already experienced, a Nomad vessel called "Entity" has the abilitie to "Warp?" some vessels he encountered,i remember i read that report, so we stayed alert.

After few minutes a fleet of Unknowns and Nomads appeared on our long range scanner, we already encountered some of them in the past :
  • The Kaapval - Bustard Class ship - Unknown
  • Si'Ras - Nomad Cruiser
  • Lagamar - Bustard class ship - Unknown
  • Xor-Hish - Nomad Battleship
  • Scorpion.Beta.Lamda - Snubs class - Unknown
  • Si'Rook - Nomad Cruiser
  • Wilde.Krefeld - Rheinland Gunboat - Unknown

They were organised, unlike our fleet, we battled around Freeport 11 so we could get their defense support, in the middle of battle, around almost 10k away ... I saw it ... with my own eyes ... The Entity exists for real ! Observing the battle from afar, I never seen anything like this. After the Omniscient got heavily damaged, the retreat has been called, preventing more casualities.

You'll find in the attachements, the Picture of the Entity + the Video footage of the Battle in Omicron Delta

With all my respects
