You bring interesting news, outsiders wishing to make an alliance with us? It is rare that foreigners wish to strike a deal with us, never mind an alliance when we never heard of them before. Although it is good that you bring this to our attention, it's going to take some time for us to fully understand the situation. It does not make clear sense to me why outsiders who we haven't had contact with before, wish to make an alliance along with very specific terms.

I shall bring this to the council, and the headmaster if it comes to such.

Today I went for a patrol around Shikoku and found our dearest allies, the Golden Chrysanthemums flying around and asked them what was going on. They told me they had a crisis at their station, "Kinkaku-ji" I called for some more Dragons to secure the transport at all costs, and so we did, escorting them as a squadron so they could deliver some food back to their station with no problems Navy-wise, but I presume they have orientation problems.

Dear Headmaster,

It seems that our so-called "allies," aka "Kusari Liberation Army" I talked to them, and they were interested in my way of thinking; they were talking a lot of bullshit. As soon as one of the KOI joined, one of the KLA decided to move towards the KOI and prepared an engagement while I and Sora Kobayashi were discussing it, but Sora decided to let me hang and wanted to intercept an honorable fight. I stopped Sora to let them fight it out, but I got called a "not real dragon" and their pathetic "Ryu Okamaru" decided to engage me, which he probably regrets now because flying in open space in the cold sky isn't much for everyone... Headmaster, it's your way now to decide what you want to do with them: accept their little sorry or let them burn in the sky like the clouds of Hokkaido.

This is the Headmaster, thank you for the report. As for these so called "dragons", they do not even know what it means to be one of us. They do not even hold Blood Dragon values in anyway. They called us imperialists, do not make me laugh. They are in the wrong sector of space to be calling people that. As for them, we will not help them, we will not acknowledge them. They call for help, we will not come, they start a fight. they will be on there own. If they want to act like that, then they will be alone and will not get aid from us. Let them be, ignore them. They will never be Blood Dragons.
